PAL for 1-10 students

     COST: $1800.00 for the group

     LOCATION: Oceanside (Special locations can be arranged)

     DATES: A Weekend in the fall quarter

     SAMPLE TIMES & AGENDA:

• FRIDAY_________________CFSC(PAL) (4hrs. of training)
• 6:00pm-10:15pm        Lectures: ammunition, magazines & firearms types
• SATURDAY______________CFSC(PAL) (5.75hrs. of training)
• 8:00am – 12:00PM     Lectures: Marksmanship, the range, Safe Handling, legal storage, display & transportation, Deaths.
• 12:00pm – 12:45pm    Lunch & Review Video
• 12:45pm -- 2:00pm     Practical Handling
• 2:00pm -- 2:45pm       Written Exam & Marking
• 2:45pm – 5:30pm        Practical Exams. (Exams take roughly 15min each, students who have completed his or her exam are free to leave.)

NOTES: Bring a bag-Lunch/Dinner.

CORE COURSE for 1-10 students

COST: $2500.00 for the group

     LOCATION: Oceanside (Special locations can be arranged)

• 12:45pm -- 3:00pm     Lectures: Animal Identification
• 3:15pm – 5:30pm       Lectures: Bird Identification
• 5:30pm – 6:00pm       Lectures: Hunting & Indigenous Peoples
• SUNDAY________________CORE (5.25hrs. of Training.)
• 12:30pm – 5:30pm        Lectures & Practical Handling: Ammunition, Firearm Types & Safe use
• 5:30pm – 6:15pm        Dinner & Review Video
• 6:15pm – 7:00pm        Written Exam & Marking
• 7:00pm – 9:00pm        Practical Exams. (Exams take roughly 10min each, students who have completed his or her exam are free to leave.)

NOTES: Students having previously and successfully completed a Canadian Firearms Safety Course can be exempted from the practical exam. Students must provide a valid course report as proof of completion)

Please note: I am no longer going to taking individual names or assembling the groups. However, I will be adding a forum to my website to allow students to coordinate their own groups.

 I apologize for the inconvenience that this causes students who do not have access to a group; however, this is my alternative business plan to discontinuing my courses altogether.

REGARDING CORE CHALLENGE EXAMS: I am willing to exam you if you just wish to challenge the CORE course. If you have a copy of your PAL COURSE REPORT, or have taken the course with me in the past 7 years, then the exam will only include the written portion for $30.00. If you do not have your course report for the PAL, then you will have to take both the written and the practical exams for $50.00. – NOTE: Your PAL card is not sufficient, only the actual COURSE REPORT can exempt you from the Practical exam.
